« Bon hôtel pour découvrir Logroño et sa région. »
Hôtel bien situé au centre de Logroño sur la Gran Via, à quelques centaines de mètres du secteur historique où se trouve la fameuse Calle Laurel célèbre pour ses bars à tapas. Il est facile d'y accéder depuis l'autoroute et de le quitter pour la reprendre. On peut stationner devant l'entrée quelques minutes pour charger ou décharger les bagages. L'hôtel propose un stationnement (s'il y a de la place) assez onéreux (17 ou 18 euros / 24h00). Mieux vaut opter pour le Parking Gran Via (13 euros) ou, mieux encore, le Parking Plaza de La Paz (10 euros / 24h00).
Le personnel de l'accueil fait preuve de la courtoisie nécessaire mais sans plus. En revanche le service d'étage est excellent : attentionné, discret, efficace. S'agissant d'un hôtel 4 étoiles on est déçu par la petite taille de la TV, le peu de chaines offert et la mauvaise qualité de la réception. On pourrait s'attendre également à au moins deux assises dans les chambres, tout au moins une chaise et un fauteuil. Ce n'est pas le cas. Par ailleurs, la barre d'appui de la baignoire est trop petite, trop basse et finalement ne sert pas à grand-chose.

Éviter le petit déjeuner car produits surgelés (pain …) Une affiche signale produit locaux : 3 petits gâteaux à la crème. Autre point, chambre bruyante : nous entendions les voisins aux toilettes et dans leur chambre
